We know Hair is a very personal product for women. All our hair products are thus quality tested briefly before they are made available for retail to our beloved customers.

All our hair products are made of the finest grade quality of premium Virgin and Remy hair. We thus offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy with how they look or feel, you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping charges if applicable.


For any of the products to be returned for refunds, the products must meet the following conditions:

  1. The hair products should not be altered(brushed or combed), washed, processed or worn in any way.
  2. All Hair tags should be intact and the packaging should not be torn or ripped apart by any sort.

We honor our returns policy for up to 15 days from the date your package left our facility to the date it is delivered back to us. Orders returned after 15 days will not be eligible for refunds and will be sent back to the customer.


Put up a return item(s) request via the Request Return page from the Help Tab in the Main menu.

  1. If your request has been approved, We will send an E- mail with the return package instructions.
  2. Remove any outer labels and affix the return label sent to you over mail on to the mailing packet. (Please note that the return label should not be stuck on the Unity Hair branding box to comply for an eligible refund)
  3. Drop off your package at the concerned store or pick-up location or drop off box.

Once your item(s) have been received our warehouse, please allow 3 to 4 business days for your refund to be processed. We will inspect the item(s) and issue you a refund to the original form of payment that was utilized for the purchase. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited.

All orders made on clearance sale are final and are not eligible for any refunds.


Our 30 days exchange policy is applicable for all products purchased at MRP. Products purchased on an offer or using a coupon code will not be eligible for our 30 Days exchange policy.

Products eligible for the 30 Days Exchange policy can be worn, styled or even cut!! If you're not satisfied we'll exchange it within 30 days. 


We do not hold any hair products beyond 3 months. All products which have been at our warehouse for over 3 months are thus sold out during our occasional clearance sale. The hair sold during this sale is of the utmost quality and is in no way lesser than any of the products we sell to our customers.

We follow this 3 months cycle to keep up with the trends in the hair industry. We focus on ensuring we offer our customers with products that are currently trending rather than holding on to hair till it is sold out.
