No. Our hair products do not undergo any sort of chemical processing.
Unity Hair products easily last for multiple installs. With proper care and maintenance, our products last even for over a year and beyond.
We do not accept Exchange of item(s) at the moment. You can return the product back and based on your preference, we will credit money back to your account minus shipping charges or provide a coupon code for the entire amount inclusive of shipping charges with no expiry date.
All orders are usually delivered within 4-6 Business days.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being processed.
We do not ship to PO Boxes to protect our customers from potential fraudsters.
We accept payments from all major credit/debit cards, wallets and paypal.
If your account has been deducted while the transaction failed, your account should be credited back within 3-5 business days depending on your credit card company policies. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match what your bank or credit card provider has on file.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction, our customer care team will reach out to you to verify the order. We might ask you to send us an E-mail from the registered Id with an Id proof along with details of the last 4 digits of the card used for making the transaction.
